水耕栽培にも！
こんにちは〜
うちの台所には、水耕栽培の植物がいくつかあります。
先日、テレビでも水耕栽培のやり方などが放映されていました。
捨ててしまうような野菜をちょっと水につけておくだけで、また新しい葉が出てくるのです。
食品ロスという言葉を知っていますか？
食品ロスとは、まだ食べられるのに廃棄される食品のことです。
日本では、年間2,801万トンの食品廃棄物等が出されています。
このうち、売れ残りや期限切れの食品、食べ残しなど、本来食べられたはずの、いわゆる「食品ロス」は
500万トン～800万トン（半分がメーカー、半分が家庭）とされています。
これは、日本の食用の魚介類の量（年間622万トン）に匹敵する数量です
さらに、世界中で飢餓に苦しむ人々に向けた世界の食料援助量（平成23年で年間約390万トン）を大きく上回る量です
また、家庭における一人当たりの食品ロスは、１年間で24.6ｋｇと試算されています。
これは、茶碗164杯分のごはんに相当します
（茶碗１杯分のごはんを150ｇと仮定）
つまり、みなさんも１年でお茶碗164杯分の食べものを無駄にしているかもしれないのです
これらは、ごみ問題や、消費エネルギー問題にもつながっていきます
野菜の再利用をするには・・・
家庭で料理された野菜の切れ端をタッパーに水を少しはり、入れておくだけです
その中に、「らくらく」を２滴ほど入れます。
ミネラルたっぷりの野菜ができます。
通常の水耕栽培は、ただの水で育ち、通常の野菜より栄養価が下がりますが、「らくらく」を入れれば、ミネラル、水素、ケイ素たっぷりの美味しい野菜ができます。
後は、水を切らさないようにするだけです
向かって左から、小松菜、大根、長ネギ。
小松菜は大きな葉が出てきました。
大根は、葉がどんどん大きくなってきています。
長ネギはつけて2日目ですが、中心から、伸びてきました。
この他に、にんじん、青ネギがあります。
青ネギと長ネギは根がありますので、土に植えたらいいです。
猫ちゃんコーナー
猫も便秘をするそうですが、「らくらく」入りの水を飲んでいるうちの猫ちゃんは、毎日快調です
人間も「らくらく」を飲んでいると、お同じことがおきますよ～
